Daybowl

Terms of Use

These terms explain the scope of Daybowl, safe use, Premium purchases, and the rules that apply when you use the app.

Effective July 24, 2026 · Last updated August 18, 2026

1. Acceptance and provider

By downloading or using Daybowl, you agree to these Terms of Use. “Daybowl,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the app provider identified on Daybowl’s App Store listing. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your license to use Daybowl is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). These terms supplement, and do not replace, the Apple Standard EULA.

2. Educational scope

Daybowl provides recipes, food education, meal organization, shopping support, cooking steps, reminders, and general wellness context. It is not a medical service, clinical program, or substitute for individualized advice from a physician, registered dietitian, pharmacist, allergist, or other qualified professional.

Daybowl does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Do not use it for emergencies or to delay professional care.

The 14-day reset is optional guidance. You may skip, swap, pause, adapt, or stop at any time. Results are not promised, and individual experiences vary.

Daybowl is designed for adults and is not a meal plan for infants or children. If any component is served to a child, a parent or guardian must supervise eating and adapt its shape, size, and texture to reduce choking risk.

3. Food safety and individual needs

You are responsible for deciding whether an ingredient or recipe is appropriate for you and for following safe purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, and serving practices.

  • Check all labels and ingredients for allergens and cross-contact risks.
  • Follow recipe-specific cautions and current guidance from qualified public-health authorities.
  • Discard spoiled, contaminated, unexpectedly bitter, or otherwise questionable food.
  • Use extra care with raw produce, sprouts, juices, leftovers, and foods served to higher-risk people.
  • Seek individualized professional advice for allergies, pregnancy, medical conditions, prescribed diets, eating disorders, children, older adults, or medication-food interactions.

Traditional or cultural food information in the app is presented for general education. It is not evidence that a food is safe or effective for a particular condition.

4. Daybowl Premium

Daybowl may offer Premium as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. The app shows the current price and included features before you confirm payment. Premium is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.

Apple processes the purchase through your Apple Account. Access, Family Sharing eligibility, and availability across devices are subject to Apple’s rules and the product settings shown at purchase. Use the app’s “Restore Purchases” control to restore an eligible purchase made with the same Apple Account.

Apple handles App Store billing and refund decisions. If you need to request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility varies by country or region, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. License and acceptable use

Subject to these terms and the Apple Standard EULA, you may use Daybowl for your personal, non-commercial use on supported Apple devices you own or control.

You may not misuse Daybowl; interfere with its operation; bypass purchase controls; copy or redistribute app content except where law permits; use the app to violate another person’s rights; or represent Daybowl content as individualized medical or professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

Daybowl’s software, branding, interface, and included materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted are reserved by their respective owners. References to third-party products, services, traditions, or ingredients do not imply endorsement.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, correct, add, remove, or discontinue features or content. We do not promise that every recipe, ingredient, reminder, operating-system feature, or Premium function will be available in every region or on every device.

Daybowl is designed to work offline, but App Store downloads, purchase, restoration, updates, email support, and external legal links require services or connectivity supplied by Apple or other providers.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Daybowl is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app or its content will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every person. You remain responsible for food choices, preparation, safety, and professional care.

Any exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when Daybowl’s features or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, to the extent permitted by law.
